Architectural Guidelines
Customer provided sketches, inspirations, guidance ideas, data specifying the function requirements and the number of rooms and their space.
Decision on Buildings Terms
From the moment of getting this document, we should start designing properly. It is not necessary if the plot is covered by a local Land Development Plan – you should obtain an extract and an outline of such a plan. The document specifies, all the requirements for the dimensions and functions of the future building. If you decide to work with us we can help you obtain this document
Site Map for Project Purposes
A map drawn up for an individual order by a qualified surveyor, required to complete a part of a land development project. The map is valid for six months, so it should be prepared at the appropriate time before the planned submission to the office.

Jednorazowa Konsultacja
Konsultacja obejmuje niezobowiązujące do dalszej współpracy spotkanie z architektem. Przed spotkaniem Klient proszony jest o przesłanie maila z pytaniami, których dotyczyć ma konsultacja oraz oczekiwaniami. Udzielenie tych informacji nie jest konieczne, ale ułatwia projektantowi przygotowanie do rozmowy, z korzyścią dla Klienta. Podczas spotkania projektant może zasugerować jak powinien wyglądać projekt i podać niestandardowe rozwiązania. Konsultacja jest formą rozmowy, nie obejmuje wizualizacji ani rysunków.
Standardowo jedna godzina spotkania to ok. 100zł.
W zależności od potrzeb, spotkanie może odbyć się w naszym biurze, w domu Klienta, na miejscu inwestycji czy w każdym innym dogodnym miejscu. W przypadku wyboru miejsca spotkania poza naszym biurem mogą zostać doliczone koszty dojazdu – tę kwestię ustalamy indywidualnie z każdym Klimtem.
Należność za konsultację jest przyjmowana przez projektanta w gotówce bezpośrednio po zakończeniu spotkania.
Wizualizacja z Koncepcją
In our company we do not only perform visualization, but first of all we find the best functional and aesthetic material solutions. The service consists of drawing building plans and 3D visualization. Agreed price allows a visualization of one version with several shots and possibility of making corrections by the designer. We also give information about the materials used, and the guidelines where they can be purchased. The service can be implemented online, Creating a visualization with corrections and compilation takes, depending on the size of the work, from a few days up to two weeks. In the case of conceptual visualization, an advance payment is usually charged at 50% of the order value.
Design Process
At the first meeting we set the scope of work, terms of the agreement, familiarize ourselves with the expectations of the client, we get to know each other. We set up, among others. functional program, which budget will we have, etc. If the customer is determined to continue working then the first meeting is free, otherwise it is paid at an hourly consultation fee (100zl). We usually agree on the design work as described in the task list described next, but you can choose not to take one stage and do it yourself, or make an appointment for additional work, such as making quotations and workspaces and interior design. If you are interested in a coherent project in terms of technical and visual, the decision to continue with us interior design is the best choice.
