The main challenge is finding where they are located as it changes each year

The outside of the Denver Convention Center has a modern metal look in some areas of the many blocks the building covers

As I made my way through the park I had plenty of runners and bicyclists pass by and approaching the center of the park I noticed this cyclist pass as the employees who rent bicycles started to bring items out for the day along this sweeping path

I was able to stand in a recently paved area which was still closed to traffic and capture this image

Walking near the Denver Art Museum I noticed the reflection of a building with the snow still on the granite bench for this image

New Years Day Morning in Denver Size:11"x14" The main challenge is findingFor the first morning of 2014 I headed out to photograph the skyline of Denver as I have done the past couple of years. This morning there was a system which was moving through which prevented a colorful sunrise as we have had the past couple of years. It was still nice to get out and watch the first morning of the year start with Denver as a backdrop. As I left the location some snowflake were present as well.
