Ruled paper with 6mm wide ruled line, and high quality paper with subdued tones, which goes well with pencils and ballpoint pens, and has a smooth writing feel. The book is bound with a 180 degree "thread bound" binding for use in a variety of situations. About 30 sheets at the back are micro perforated so that they can be cut out for use as memo paper.
