This wine comes from my vineyard under the imposing Cathar Castle of Queribus in Maury in the Roussillon where Domaine Jones started back in 2009

This silky smooth and clean dram has a nice soft nose with lots of grass and fruit notes, and the palate consists of flavours of vanilla, winter spices, custard and some nut oil. A peppery finish is the perfect end.
